Ingredients

50ml Kokoro gin
20ml yuzu sake
1d lemon bitters
Twist of lemon

Sake Martini

Method

  1. Chill your Martini glass in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
  2. Put the ingredient in a mixing glass and fill with fresh ice
  3. Stir for 30 seconds
  4. Strain into your chilled Martini glass
  5. Twist lemon peel to release the essential oils and drop into the glass
  6. Kanpai!
