20ml Kokoro Gin
20ml Kokoro Gin Cherry Blossom Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
125ml Prosecco, Champagne or sparkling Sake

- Shake first three ingredients and strain into a flute glass
- Top with fizz
- Garnish with a cherry
