The Kokoro Spritzer

Method

1. Fill a highball with lots of fresh ice
2. Add two parts Kokoro Gin to one part Aperol
3. Top up with ginger ale, prosecco, or a combination of the two
4. Garnish with freshly sliced mandarin oranges
5. Sprinkle on some cracked pink peppercorns
